In order to enhance the value of vegetables from the garden and encourage women to transform them into nutrient-rich recipes, the kitchen was designed as an open space, which can accommodate groups in training at the centre.
12 thematic panels (on nutrients, vitamins, the needs of pregnant women, protection against diseases, etc.) decorate the walls of the kitchen, as a support for the training sessions. A large wooden table was made by a South African cabinetmaker. This handmade, high-quality and durable furniture contrasts with the furniture shops in Eswatini, whose ranges are of mediocre quality and do not last more than a few months.
