Every day of the week, the coordinators of the Half Way House in Silethithemba prepare and distribute a hot meal to the underprivileged children of the township of Roosboom.
This half way house was set up 12 years ago by the Designing Hope association. It welcomes children for a meal and a moment of relaxation after school. The meals are served with vegetables produced in the garden with the help of the children. A project supported by The Ivory Foundation.
