Every month, Dessine l’Espoir, in partnership with The Ivory Foundation, continues its commitment to HIV-positive patients treated at Piggs Peak Hospital in Eswatini.
Food parcels are distributed to the most vulnerable beneficiaries in order to improve their nutritional balance and help them better tolerate their treatments.
These parcels include fresh vegetables, oil, dried fruit and sometimes products sourced directly from the Garden of Skills, a garden cultivated by women supported by the association.
This local, sustainable and socially responsible production illustrates the strong link between community agriculture and healthcare support.
