80 children from St Paul’s School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Lesotho were selected according to social criteria to receive a school uniform donated by The Ivory Foundation.
The shirts were sewn in Eswatini on the Garden of Skills, with the women embroidering the school logo on their professional machines.
The boys who didn’t leave the boarding school during the Easter vacations were the first to receive their uniforms.
The girls’ tunics are currently being manufactured in Eswatini and will be dispatched shortly.
