Children visit at Macambeni garden

One of the objectives of the Macambeni Garden is to produce fresh vegetables for the social preschool, which is home to orphans and underprivileged children, and offers them a hot meal every day.
The children are invited to visit the vegetable garden, and attend the picking of the vegetables which will be then served to them for lunch as a sauce, in accompaniment of the starchy foods (rice, semolina of corn).
Two old women from the neighborhood are in charge of preparing meals.
